The ensemble of this concept130 COMET-GL Black Concrete Putty features a powerfully constructed spectrum of dark tones, from anthracite to black. This kitchen design is completed by black wall units and matte black PerfectSense® worktops. Shiny and matte geometries in a metal look produce beautiful effects – especially as the light falls on them. They create a well-structured, harmonious whole in the interplay with the colour palette of blackputty concrete.
An attractive feature: fillet mouldings in brushed stainless-steel colour, to which both the kitchen unit and the centre island owe their industrial style. The slatted plinth panel of the tall cabinet in stainless steel look and the stainless steel skids of the centre island round off this style. The built-in,cognac old oak shelfprovides an striking contrast here. Along with the wooden wall panels, this beautiful decor creates an impression of warmth, balancing the cooler industrial tones of the handleless kitchen. Everything in one place
Pockets doors are one of this kitchen’s special highlights: cabinet doors that retract to the side, fitted with matching stainless steel-coloured bar handles. Behind them, there is space for the fridge-freezer combination as well as the oven and steamer in Dark Steel design by BLAUPUNKT. Once the doors have disappeared, you can fry and bake wonderfully here. And if you want to work with your laptop on the kitchen island afterwards, just close the pocket doors to set a radically different atmosphere.
More than meets the eye behind the door
concept130 also offers complete design freedom for wall units. A special feature is our SlightLift wall unit with black satin glass, folding lift door and LED lighting. Its aesthetically sophisticated and practical design was awarded the internationally recognised Red Dot Award in 2018. The two-part doors can be slid into each other – creating a combination of open and closed cabinets – or swivelled upwards together. When doors are closed or half-open, the horizontally-centred LED strip creates an aesthetically pleasing lighting effect that alludes to the colour of the kitchen's stainless steel elements. When the cabinet is fully swivelled upwards, the lighting automatically changes: the LED strip gives way to the cabinet’s interior lighting, which aptly highlights the interior of the SlightLift, including the black cabinet interior colour.
The infinitely adjustable SlightLift system completely meets to your needs. It opens easily and closes as quietly as a whisper thanks to its soft-close mechanism.
Island for one-of-a-kind characters
It’s just as spontaneous as you are: With its worktop overhanging on both sides, the floor-level cooking island can be converted into a breakfast bar at any time or offer space all around for guests when you're wielding the wooden spoon on the combi induction hob. The skid frame with sloping stainless steel base gives the kitchen unit its airy, open design and perfectly complements the industrial style. But because design should not only be aesthetic but also practical, the centre island features a PerfectSense® worktop in matte black.
